Well its been a busy summer. Of course Alex arrived and we are still getting used to each other, but he is growing bigger everyday.
Hudson has also taken many strides in the past few weeks and we are very proud of him. 
Here on the last day of the pool season, Hudson learns to swim and jump in the water. It took us a long time to get him to wear the floaties as he was just diving in by himself initially until he learned that the floaties actually keep him from drowning. We are also about 99% fully potty trained which is very good since we thought he may regress when Alex came but it seems like he did the opposite.
On the homefront, interesting year in the hardware category. We lost 4 hard drives (2 in the TIVO's and 2 in the computer, which was the final straw). Its been very difficult getting everything reformatted, reinstalled, and then having to do it over again 8 times, while supposedly on vacation. Our blessings were with us as we did not lose our photo collection, which grows more extensive everyday.
Work has taken on new challenges everyday as well. Angie is back from maternity leave and is looking forward to going part time. Brian has a lot of new responsibilities as well and is becoming more involved in teaching and administration which keeps him busy now.
We are looking forward to a vacation soon but have not really decided when or where we will go. Im guessing somewhere with an indoor pool :)

Alex is getting so big. Hudson is really becoming a big brother. We told ya'll all he needed was a little brother - ha. Can't believe he takes to the water so well. We're waiting for the 2nd hurricane to come. Looks like we're in for the same ride. Got electricity Sat morn. Geez. Anyway, miss ya'll and wish we could be there to share all the good times.
