Another medical update...this time it was daddy's turn. About two weeks ago Brian developed a "rash" on his head that, long story short, ended up being shingles. Very painful, couldn't sleep, started having nausea, headaches, and vomiting so spent a night in the hospital as well. Had an MRI, lumbar puncture and some IV fluids and seems to be better now, though the treatment itself was likely causing some of the nausea.
Hudson thankfully did ok by escaping to Grandma Menz's house for the weekend while daddy recovered. Here he is playing "wrestle the water hose".
He's still behaving every bit the part of "I'm a little boy".

We are looking forward to the summer and some time off, seems there has been a lot of stress with work and people being sick too much to really relax with family and friends.
Hopefully that will come soon, and of course, we will keep the blog updated regularly.
